BIOSHLAM TECHNOLOGY

Bioshlam Technology includes drilling slurry reuse with patented agentʼs compound, directly in waste pit at landfills of any size.

1st stage

1st stage

  • The Technology uses cells which are 2 X 2 X 2.5 m in size. The calculation of the quantity of cells is based on waste pit characteristics.
  • Cells are then installed empty or filled with drilling slurry waste pit.
  • If there is no any waste pit at landfill, our company can provide our partners all supplies to build it according to environmental standards.
2nd stage

  • Cells are interconnected with fixing devices for extra stability and strength.
3rd stage

3rd stage

  • This stage includes the setting of the stirring devices in a waste pit. It sets the center of the cell top while itʼs open and puts device into the drilling slurry while concurrently closing the cell top.
  • More than one stirring device may be used, depending on the required recycling speed.
  • Drilling slurry decontamination process is based on various chemical agents and their thorough mixing with special valve (cells) and the stirring device.
  • Our Technology provides equipartition of chemical agents.
